How do I make a reservation?

Easy and Convenient. The most cost-efficient and best rate is on our website www.parkportcanaveral.com. If you book online and prepay, you will get the best rate.

How early or late can we arrive?

  • Our last shuttle leaves at 2:00pm.  If for some reason you see that you will be arriving after 2:00pm, please call our office for assistance. Please remember, our office closes at 3:00pm.

  • Our buses run every 15-20 minutes until 2:00pm

  • The last bus leaves our parking lot at 2:00pm.

  • Parking lot security gate opens at 9:30am and closes at 2:45am.

What is an “Oversized” vehicle?

Generally, any vehicle over 17 feet in Length, 80 inches in width (includes mirrors and running boards), or 70 inches in height is considered oversized and will take up at least two parking spaces.

How does our service work?

Day of Embarkation

ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK-IN. 
We ask that the driver stays with the car and unload the luggage after check-in and then park the car. 
When you check-in, you will be given a return voucher for your return trip once your cruise is over. The return voucher must be shown to get on the shuttle back to your car. One thing you may want to do is take a picture of it with your phone in case you lose it. Once you have checked in and your bags are in line and your car is parked, the bus driver will load your luggage. After your luggage is loaded you will then board the bus and be taken to your ship.

Please pay attention to what the driver says because they will tell you where to go on your return to get picked up.

 

Day of Return

We will have buses at the ship waiting for you to get off at 7am and they run every 15-20 minutes until the ship is cleared (all passengers are off).

There is no need to call our office unless you are unsure of where to go or you are delayed getting off the ship.
We will have a person from the Radisson/Park Port Canaveral at the ship to assist you when you get off. This person is at all ships except Disney; Disney will have their own people to assist you.  

What if I made a mistake on my reservation?

If you need to cancel a reservation please contact our office as soon as possible. Our cancelation policy is “you must cancel before 24 hours to get a full refund” there are no partial refunds. You must check that you have read our terms and conditions before you can proceed and this will explain our cancelation policy in detail. 

The arrival time you enter is for our use only; it allows us to plan our day. You can arrive anytime from 9:30am to 2:00pm and you will be fine. The only mistake we must fix before you arrive is the arrival and return dates, as these will affect the cost.


What are your hours of operation?

Our office is open 7 days a week from 9:00am to 3:00pm. If you need to get in touch with us please call 321-868-8715 and leave a message if the voicemail picks up. We check the messages frequently and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your reservation it must be done 24 hours prior to the arrival date. 

  • Parking Reservation canceled in the 24 hour time period before arrival, you will be charged the full amount. 

  • REFUND POLICY - 100% refund ONLY for cancellations made 24 hours or more from the day of arrival. 

  • Changes can be made at any time prior to 24 hours to arrival

  • No Show Fees: A confirmed reservation that does not show, or does not cancel the trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival day is considered to be a "No Show." No show reservations are charged the full rate of the reservation.
