Leaving your car for a week is one of those small worries that sits at the back of your mind on the drive down. Our shuttle drops you and your luggage curbside at your ship, and we'll keep an eye on it until you're back.
Arrivals open at 9:30am on sailing days. We're bringing that morning's guests back to their cars first, and once those spaces clear, yours is ready. Check in by 2:00pm so you've got plenty of time. Booking online reserves your space and costs less than turning up without one.
The lot is paved, fenced, well-lit and striped into proper individual spaces, and it's monitored around the clock. You keep your keys. Once you lock it, nobody gets into your car or anything in it.
Wheelchair lifts are available. Let us know when you book and we'll make sure one is scheduled for your sailing. We serve Carnival, Disney, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, MSC, Princess and Celebrity.
How does our service work?
DAY OF EMBARKATION
ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK-IN - We ask that the driver stays with the car and unloads the luggage after check-in and then parks the car. One thing you may want to do is take a picture of it with your phone in case you lose it. Once you have checked in and your bags are in line and your car is parked, the bus driver will load your luggage. After your luggage is loaded you will then board the bus and be taken to your ship.
Please pay attention to what the driver says because they will tell you where to go on your return to get picked up.
DAY OF YOUR RETURN
We're waiting at the ship from 8am, with buses every 30 minutes until everyone's off. No need to call us. There's a Park Port Canaveral associate at each terminal as you come down the gangway, and we're right next to Cocoa Beach Express who'll point you our way too.
What if I made a mistake on my reservation?
If you need to cancel a reservation please contact our office as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is “you must cancel before 24 hours to get a full refund” there are no partial refunds. You must check that you have read our terms and conditions before you can proceed and this will explain our cancellation policy in detail. The arrival time you enter is for our planning only. Arrivals open at 9:30am and check-in closes at 2:00pm. The only mistake we must fix before you arrive is the arrival and return dates, as these will affect the cost.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Thursday to Monday, closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The parking facility is open any day Port Canaveral has a home port ship. Please check the calendar for availability.
