Our lot is the closest off-site parking lot to all Port Canaveral Cruise Terminals, and we offer a FREE 5-minute shuttle dropping you and your luggage curbside at your terminal. By booking online, you reserve your spot and save money. Please plan to arrive between 9:45am and 1:30pm the day of your cruise. You will have plenty of time to enjoy our FREE shuttle and get you to your terminal to check into your cruise vacation.
Park Port Canaveral parking lots are safe and secure with 24-hour security monitoring. Our lots are all paved with striped individual parking spaces. You keep your keys with you. Once locked, no one has access to your vehicle or its contents. We provide service for all cruise lines sailing from Port Canaveral including Carnival Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
How does our service work?
DAY OF EMBARKATION
ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK-IN - We ask that the driver stays with the car and unloads the luggage after check-in and then parks the car. One thing you may want to do is take a picture of it with your phone in case you lose it. Once you have checked in and your bags are in line and your car is parked, the bus driver will load your luggage. After your luggage is loaded you will then board the bus and be taken to your ship.
Please pay attention to what the driver says because they will tell you where to go on your return to get picked up.
DAY OF YOUR RETURN
We will have buses at the ship waiting for you to get off at 7am and they run every 15-20 minutes until the ship is cleared (all passengers are off). There is no need to call our office unless you are unsure of where to go or you are delayed getting off the ship. At each terminal, we have a Park Port Canaveral associate stationed as you come off the ship. We are located next to our partners, Cocoa Beach Express who can assist you as well.
What if I made a mistake on my reservation?
If you need to cancel a reservation please contact our office as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is “you must cancel before 24 hours to get a full refund” there are no partial refunds. You must check that you have read our terms and conditions before you can proceed and this will explain our cancellation policy in detail. The arrival time you enter is for our use only; it allows us to plan our day. You can arrive anytime from 6:30am to 1:45pm, last shuttle leaves at 2pm. The only mistake we must fix before you arrive is the arrival and return dates, as these will affect the cost.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Thursday to Monday, closed Tuesday and Wednesday. The parking facility is open any day Port Canaveral has a home port ship. Please check the calendar for availability.
