Parking is charged by the day, not by the night. Both the day you arrive and the day you come back count, because your space is taken on both, so a 7-night cruise is 8 days of parking.

At the main lot, parking is $14.95 a day booked online in advance, or $16.95 a day if you drive up without a reservation. Oversized vehicles are $64.95 a day booked in advance, or $68.95 at the gate.

Every main lot booking also includes the $7.50 Port Canaveral entry fee and tax. Both appear at checkout, so the total you see before paying is the total you pay.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival date for a full refund. There are no partial refunds, and a reservation cancelled within 24 hours is charged in full. Changes can be made any time up to 24 hours before you arrive. Call us at (321) 868-6578. For garage reservations, call the Four Points front desk at (321) 783-8717.

A confirmed reservation that isn't cancelled at least 24 hours ahead is charged in full. The same applies if you arrive after the 2:00pm check-in cutoff, since we can't get you to your ship in time.

Arrive for the check-in time on your reservation. The main lot opens for arrivals at 9:30am on sailing days, and check-in closes at 2:00pm. Garage guests should arrive an hour before the shuttle time they chose.

A vehicle is oversized if it's 20 feet or longer, or over 80 inches wide including mirrors and running boards. Oversized vehicles take up at least two spaces and are charged at the oversized rate. There's no height limit at the main lot. The garage takes vehicles up to seven feet tall.

Garage reservations close at 11:59pm the night before your cruise. The shuttle is free for up to five passengers on advance reservations, and larger parties can be arranged for an extra charge. Guests who drive up without a reservation pay the same rate, but the shuttle isn't included.

Promo codes and discount rates apply to the main lot only, not to garage parking.
