IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY INFORMATION

  • If you want to cancel your reservation it must be done 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

  • Parking Reservation canceled in the 24 hour time period before arrival, you will be charged the full amount.

  • REFUND POLICY - 100% refund ONLY for cancellations made 24 hours or more from the day of arrival.

  • Changes can be made at any time prior to 24 hours to arrival.

  • On cruise sailing days, parking lot opens at 9:30am. Shuttle service begins when Port Canaveral officials give “all clear” usually around 10:00am. Lot closes at 2:00pm. Late arrivals will not be accommodated after shuttle service ends.

  • No Show Fees: A confirmed reservation that does not arrive by 2:00pm, or does not cancel the trip at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival day is considered to be a "No Show." “No show” reservations are charged the full rate of the reservation.
