Accessibility at Park Port Canaveral

We want every guest to be able to book parking and get to their ship without difficulty, both on our website and on our lot.

Our website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. While rebuilding this site in 2026, we set buttons and text to color contrasts that meet or exceed level AA, added a dark overlay behind text on photographs so it stays readable, replaced page components that relied on colour alone or hid their labels on small screens, and gave form fields clear borders and labels.

Known limitations

Some sections fade in or move as you scroll, and may not yet respect your device's reduced motion setting. Online booking is handled by a third-party reservation system, and its accessibility is outside our direct control.

Booking by phone

If any part of our website gets in your way, call us at (321) 868-6578 and we will make your reservation with you. Phone reservations are offered at the same rates and promotions shown online, with no booking fee. TTY users can call through 711 Relay.

On the lot

Accessible parking spaces are available at our main lot. Some of our shuttles have wheelchair lifts. For the best service, call us at (321) 868-6578 once you've booked, and we'll have a lift-equipped shuttle ready for your party, whichever lot you're parking at.
